Our New Google Map for New Smoky Mountain Residents & Other Real Estate Owners

Thinking back to when I moved to the Gatlinburg area some 15 years ago, I thought that it would be useful to create a map of some of the places you need to be able to find if you are new to any community.  For people who are actually moving here as well as those who have decided to purchase Gatlinburg area real estate, this map will hopefully be helpful.  It lists most of the various utility companies, the major wireless phone stores (in my opinion, Verizon is the company that has the best Sevier County coverage), grocery stores (I like Food City and Krogers), as well as the city and county government offices as well as some other places like our new state of the art library. Coming soon, we will try to add some of our favorite restaurants.  Stay tuned...

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby. The only problem with writing any type of blog is that you really aren't sure just how many people are reading much less care about what you are pontificating about.
