Rents Are Headed Up and That's Good News for Landlords!

Josh Mettle has an excellent post today that also applies to Gatlinburg area real estate.  I know that all of my residential rental properties (all single family homes in the Sevierville area) are leased up and I'm looking for more to purchase.  When rents increase, the market values of these properties will also go up.  Now may be an excellent time to consider owning rather than renting as I do believe that prices for traditional residential properties here in the Smokies (and across the nation) are finally ready to move upward.

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007.
