April's Residential Sales Now at (Yawn) 114

Seems like we just can't catch a break.  Although my earlier estimate was that April's Gatlinburg area residential real estate sales would end up being around 120 units, it now seems that I was possibly just a little over enthusiastic.  The total, as of this morning, is 114 so we can still possibly get all the way to the 120 number but it doesn't seem as likely as it did earlier.  For those of you who enjoy moderate torture, here is the updated table:

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007.
