August Has Finished Strongly Indeed!

When we reported the initial Gatlinburg area residential real estate sales tally a week ago I was concerned that our local real estate market might have lost a little bit of momentum. After more agencies have gotten their sales tallies updated, this does not appear to be the case at all. In fact, August has turned out to be one of the stronger months of 2012 and our positive streak has been strongly reinforced. See for yourself by reviewing this updated table:

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
