April Gatlinburg Area Real Estate Sales Analysis

With 148 residential sales reported already for April 2013, it looks like the month will easily surpass last April's total of 151 sales when all of the dust settles in a few days. Usually about 5-10% more than the flash total is where we end up, depending upon what day of the week the end of the month falls and even the time of year. My regular table of area sales looks like it is trending upward somewhat:

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007.
