The New Dollywood Resort Project is Underway, and it is Massive!!

Construction of the new Dollywood Resort property has begun and I couldn't resist the opportunity to take a couple of aerial photos.
The size of the cars going by on Veteran's Blvd and the giant earth moving equipment on top of the hill provide a little idea of the scale of this project!

The photo below taken from a lesser altitude shows the current height of the mega site's base. Not sure if more of this large hill will be taken down or not but this is what it looked like this afternoon.
Now that's a lot of dirt! The economic impact of the construction and operation of a property this large will be huge for our Sevier County area. Can't wait to see this new resort property up and running!! If you are looking to live in an area that has this type of vibrant new growth, contact us!
