More New Gatlinburg Area Foreclosures Coming Soon!


I am often asked if the wave of Smoky Mountain foreclosures is ending and there is no doubt that the number of distressed properties coming onto the market has declined significantly during 2013. However, it does not appear that the flow has completely stopped just yet. In fact, we were assigned twelve new Gatlinburg area foreclosure properties during the month of November and they run the gamut in terms of type, location, and price range. Condos, country homes, cabins, and city cottages as well as a couple of nicer homes with bold Great Smoky Mountain National Park views are included in the mix.
