Sorry, We've Been Very Busy!

For eight years I have faithfully posted each month's residential sales numbers reported by the agents in our Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors. Except for January 2014's report which unfortunately I just overlooked! The sad thing is that January 2014 was a REALLY good month for our Smoky Mountain area, the best results for any January since 2007. Nine percent above the strong numbers reported in January 2013, the new year is off to a great start. Here is the updated table of Gatlinburg area residential real estate sales numbers:

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
