An Update re March 2014 Residential Sales

Although the Smoky Mountain residential sales recorded during March 2014 are still nothing to crow about, the numbers (as always) did improve a little with the passage of a few days after the end of the month. Now that more agencies have posted their sales totals for March the number is just really poor, whereas previously it could only be properly described as atrocious. Hopefully Gatlinburg area real estate sales will be much better in April 2014 and the shortfall from March when compared with the sales recorded a year ago will be a one month only experience, not the start of a longer trend. Here is an updated table:
