Another Milestone Reached!!

Wow how time flies!! Although I don't get to write in this space nearly as often as I would like, the fact remains that this is my 500th post to this Gatlinburg area real estate blog. When I moved to Gatlinburg 20 years ago, nobody had even heard of a blog and very few had heard of the internet. As the first local firm to display other company's listings on our site, we were way ahead of our time when we created our first website in 1995. So many things have changed since then but one hasn't: If you provide people with honest advice and good service, they will come back and they will also tell their friends. Having personally sold well over 1000 properties in our Smoky Mountain area, I take great comfort in knowing that we have done our best to serve our clients well.

I certainly haven't had this success alone - My team is the best in the business. I know that I am partial, but it's true - They rock! Thanks to Suzy Compton-Hayes, Giulia Luzzanna, Michaela, Randy, Mark, and Michael, the Schoenfield Team. Without all of your contributions, this just wouldn't happen, and without God, none of it would have happened!! We are most certainly blessed!!

Thanks so much for the encouraging words Sherry! I wish that I had the time to post more often as I really do enjoy it. One of my commitments going forward is to MAKE the time to write more often. I have these very unproductive hours between 1 AM and 5 AM so...

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby. The only problem with writing any type of blog is that you really aren't sure just how many people are reading much less care about what you are pontificating about.
