May Doesn't Come Close to Equaling Last Year's Results, Yet...

May's total residential real estate sales garnered by the members of the Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors wasn't all that great with the total reported as of this morning at only 171 units. Because the month of May ended over the weekend, this preliminary total is almost certain to increase fairly dramatically over the next two weeks but I doubt that we can catch the stellar performance of area realtors during May of 2014 which totaled 206. Here is the table for your review:
I would love to tell you that we will catch up with the record sales that were reported a year ago but that would require sales equal to an additional 20% over what has been recorded so far. I can hope, but this one I don't feel confident about...
