Gatlinburg Area July Sales Tally Continues to Improve

They just keep trickling in:
We are still nearly 100 units above the pace from a year ago on a year to date basis. Unless things really slow down we should beat 2014 which was significantly better than any year since 2007. Heck, we might even match the lofty total from the bubble year of 2007!!

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
