Amazing Views and an Amazing Price - Coming Very Soon

Last week, we purchased on the courthouse steps a really awesome Sevierville mountaintop home that has views you absolutely just won't believe. Perfect for your use as a vacation home or a full time residence, the house sits at the very mountaintop but comes with 5.13 acres of wooded land. Your view will never be compromised because nobody can ever build anywhere in your vista. Furthermore, this 2,000+ square foot house has 4 full baths and 4 rooms in which you can sleep but because the installed septic system was originally approved for only 2 bedrooms, that is the only way this home can officially be described for marketing purposes.

There's SO much more, starting with a full finished basement that already has a pool table with room for lots of additional furniture. Sadly, this morning's clouds, rain, and fog prevented me from getting any photos of the view but I did take the above panorama pic when I was last up there (when it was also rainy). We've really had a lot of rain in the past 30 days but one day I hope to get some real shots of the views. For now, take a look at these preliminary photos and a couple from the last MLS entry when the house was listed for as much as $249,900 during 2014.

We are getting some minor touchups done including mowing the yard and improving the driveway and will have this great home on the market soon for a fabulous price of only $160,000! The house is at the very top of Shell Mountain, which is just east of Sevierville, northeast of Pigeon Forge, and only about a 30 minute drive from Gatlinburg (even closer to the other towns). This property has truly spectacular million dollar views, but that's not all that it offers. If you want to truly be King or Queen of the Mountain but on a commoner's wage, please contact me.
