Too Busy to Post, Again!!

Been REALLY busy during January and have fallen way behind on posting to this blog. More posts to come (I promise) but for now, here is the report I normally publish on the first of each month. Sales during January fell somewhat shy of last January's total, at least based on the number of sales posted as of now. 
My own personal sales are off to a great start with over 40 transactions already closed or pending this year and it is only early February!! If you are looking for this type of performance with regard to your own real estate, please contact us.

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
