My Once a Month Blog Post...

I have frequently opined that I would really like to post more often, but am just too busy and that is certainly the case now. We have been absolutely covered up with real estate business, property management opportunities, and flip home transactions. It is at the same time an answered prayer and a source of some frustration. Great to be busy but I do enjoy posting to this blog - Maybe we can find a way to post more often. The hours from 1-5AM are completely idle for me...

March Smoky Mountain real estate residential sales look pretty good, especially when you factor in that this is only April 1st and the final tally will certainly be higher. Whether or not we can catch the exceptional total posted in March 2012 is not clear - Certainly we won't end up surpassing the very strong 2007 results. Here is the updated table:

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
