From Here it Looks Like a Lock!

Don't want to jinx anything by speaking too quickly but unless Gatlinburg area residential real estate sales come to nearly a complete halt between now and the end of December we will surpass the entire year of 2008 this year. This is really a major accomplishment because that hasn't happened here in the East Tennessee Smokies even once since 2005. Each year since, the volume of sales completed by our area real estate agents has dropped below the previous year. That depressed (and depressing) trend may however come to an end in just a few days. Stay tuned - Gatlinburg area residential real estate statistics are just a few days away and the news should be good (For once!!).

I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
