Sometimes as a Realtor, you just can't win! Just when it seemed that the listing inventory was beginning to become manageable, it has grown again. Don't get me wrong, the pace of sales is growing too, but I had hoped that the inventory would remain more constant. Instead, Sellers are eyeing the improving market and have decided to join the party. Hopefully, Buyers will continue to see bargains and historically very low interest rates and not remain on the bench. We need BOTH to make this market continue to grow...
