Cheddars is Coming to Pigeon Forge!!
Haven't posted to this Gatlinburg real estate blog in almost a month which is quite embarrassing but this is really good news!! Although Pigeon Forge isn't yet listed on their website's list of coming locations , Cheddars Casual Cafe broke ground yesterday for their new location which will be in front of the Holiday Inn property at the center of Pigeon Forge. Cheddars is a perfect fit for our community and will be a most-welcome addition. If it is like the Firehouse Subs, Olive Garden, and Red Lobster restaurants that opened a few years ago in nearby Sevierville, the new restaurant will quickly be one of the chains very highest producing locations. Maybe now I should consider writing something more directly regarding Gatlinburg area real estate...
