Meet Greg Fernatt : Greg has been a partner with All Pro Property Management since its start in 2014. Greg has been a resident of Sevier County for almost 30 years and has extensive experience with resort development, landscape design, and all aspects of property care. His responsibilities include but are certainly not limited to: oversees all water line projects, all job sheets, handling the physical management aspects of each property APPMS manages, hiring individuals for specific skill set opportunities, being in complete charge of the field team, and being in charge of all HOA activity. He is always a positive force in the office and very nice to everyone including me! Greg always offers a bright smile and generous attitiude! We are very lucky to have someone as kind and dedicated as Greg working with us to keep all properties under our management in check! The town of Sevierville has been growing rapidly over the last few years. The housing market in Sevierville has been struggling to keep up! However, now we have over 3,000 apartments being built and added to our area according to our friend, Allen Newton, who is the Director of Sevier County Economic Development Council.  While this is exciting for those hoping to live here, there could be several issues with new residents coming to town! For example, the people who work in neighboring areas would be moving here and bringing their families with them. This means that their children would be coming as well. The schools we have are all considered small by state standards. However, they could become ever more cramped with the amount of housing hoping to take place in Sevierville. Sevierville already has four schools just between primary and high school to divide the large amount of kids. Even though there are more schools in the area like New Center, Cattletsburg, and Northview, could ...

When discussing anything All Pro or Sevier County Real Estate, I like to help my dad Jeff when it comes to staff meetings because I know he has so much on his plate (literally because it is also lunch time!) While no one thinks they should have to share their food with me during these meetings, they know who the man in charge is! One day someone will drop some food under the table for me... Until then I will keep cuddling and sniffing like there is no tomorrow!
