Here we grow again!!

Not too long ago, the plan for a large new retail complex in Sevierville which will hold 11 new stores including Petsmart, Ulta, Dicks and Hobby Lobby was announced. The construction has been moving at an impressive pace where the old theater on Winfield Dunn Parkway used to be. Last month,   Food City officials confirmed they will build a new 46,000-square-foot store on Newport Highway in Sevierville. Today, the Mountain Press reports that a Walmart Neighborhood Market will be built in Sevierville across from Sevier County High School.  The eastern section of Sevier County (often referred to as New Center) certainly seems to be following the county-wide growth trend we have been observing for some time now. This appears to be the case for our local real estate market as well: we just sold a property in the east Sevier County neighborhood of English Hills in just 11 days! If you are looking for a little slower pace more typical of other parts of East Tennessee, you’ll pay a little less
