As a Gatlinburg real estate professional, we have the opportunity to purchase some of the best bargain real estate for ourselves occasionally.  Working nights and weekends is somewhat compensated for by hearing first about situations where sellers need desperately to sell and don't have the ability to wait for a more traditional buyer to come forward.  Over the years we have accumulated a number of rental properties and the rent payments from these homes and commercial property will someday hopefully become our retirement income - At least that is the plan...
