Yep, that's right.  One of the tenants in our Gatlinburg office building had a garbage can that wasn't bear proof, or even bear resistant for that matter.  There's a very good reason why bear proof containers are required by law in the city, and here is the evidence:  Just who the very foolish woman in the photos is I'm not sure.  Come to think of it, I'm not exactly sure which of my employees took these pictures but I hope it was from the relative safety of their locked car!!
