A Smoky Mountain Black Bear at our Real Estate Office!

Yep, that's right.  One of the tenants in our Gatlinburg office building had a garbage can that wasn't bear proof, or even bear resistant for that matter.  There's a very good reason why bear proof containers are required by law in the city, and here is the evidence: 

Just who the very foolish woman in the photos is I'm not sure.  Come to think of it, I'm not exactly sure which of my employees took these pictures but I hope it was from the relative safety of their locked car!!

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
