Gatlinburg Residential November Sales are Robust!
Sevier County, Tennessee real estate prices are starting to improve as well, so Buyer's will want to step up now or be prepared to pay more, possibly much more later. Our market is mainly composed of second homes which tend to move more slowly in price than primary residential markets do. The trend is certainly up however, and we are looking forward to another great December. In fact, I have more pending sales in December than I have had in the last few months. Hopefully, they all close in time to be counted in 2013!!
