October Gatlinburg Area Real Estate is Rockin!!

Our Smoky Mountain real estate market in and around Sevier County continues to improve dramatically. Although the VERY early number for October is actually below the final value from a year ago this is definitely a preliminary value. My estimate is that by the time all sales are counted (could take up to two weeks for some area brokers to get these reports in) we will finish very well. In fact, at this juncture, I can confirm that we will surpass the lofty sales tallies from 2007, and this will be the first time that has happened. Here are the early results but keep in mind that many sales aren't reported yet - Even a couple of our own!

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
