For example, storms that passed through on the night of April 12th, 2020 left owners and renters alike dealing with the backlash of living in particular areas. Trees were down on mountains and roads and land alike were covered in standing water. Many had basements flood and cars affected by the intense and persistent rain. We have attached photos from this storm to give you an idea of the issues we are addressing in this post!
