Why a Real Estate Team?

As THE top selling real estate company year to date in the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors again so far in 2008, it is well worth counting our blessings each and every day. With so many real estate agents not able to make their own house payments due to the state of the Gatlinburg area's current real estate market (see our September 1st post) it is remarkable the wonderful success we continue to enjoy.

One of the reasons that we have been successful is the group of professionals that we have on the Schoenfield Team. The newest member of our team is our daughter Cindy Hopson who re-joined us as a Buyer's Specialist in April after taking a couple of years off. While I re-introduced Cindy then it is with great pleasure that I share the following quote from one of her most recent clients:

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
