Darn this Technology!
I just returned from a wonderful hi-tech conference in Phoenix, Arizona where we shared ideas on how to provide better service to our clients by using the technology tools that are available today. For most of us, at the top of our list of most valuable technology tools is our websites which provide potential customers with information about our markets, the available inventory of properties, and about ourselves. Unfortunately, right now, my website is down. Although this happens VERY rarely, for reasons unknown to me, our www.gatlinburg-homes.com site is currently not working. This is a huge inconvenience for me and for our clients and I have already been contacted by a couple of people asking what is going on and when will the site be back up and running. The answer is - I don't know but it probably won't be long. Our webmaster, Doug Walker, owner of Prism Designworks, is amazing in his ability to correct the very rare issues that can come up. Most likely some sort of database corruption issue, our site will very soon again be displaying information all about Gatlinburg real estate and the surrounding areas of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Kodak, Cosby, and Seymour Tennessee. If you are looking for Smoky Mountain real estate information please check back later as for now our site is not available. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience - We hope to be back up and running very soon!

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby. The only problem with writing any type of blog is that you really aren't sure just how many people are reading much less care about what you are pontificating about.
