Spring is in the Air, Literally!

Spring time in East Tennessee is always spectacular and this year's spring season is no different in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. It's hard to concentrate on real estate work when the Bradford Pear Trees are in full bloom:Red Bud and other trees are also at their peak radiance. In fact, you can literally smell the sweet aroma of the flowering trees at our residence. If you haven't seen the majesty of the Smoky Mountains during April, you've really missed a treat. In just a couple of weeks (or so) we will enjoy the blooming Dogwood Trees, which are also amazingly beautiful:
By the way, we also provide real estate services. If you are interested in taking advantage of historically low interest rates and the lowest prices we've seen for Sevier County real estate in several years now is your opportunity. Contact us for a great bargain on a foreclosure or other well priced property. With everything going the buyer's way, it's hard to imagine how it could get much better for buyers than the conditions we currently have in Gatlinburg real estate.

Those pictures are absolutely beautiful! I was actually planning a trip to Tenn. this spring!
It just gets better as you go through the year when the whole area takes on brilliant color. Next to Autumn, Spring is my favorite season in East Tennessee.

Jeff I think we have reached the bottom of this recession. It might be slow in climbing out but I see other signs that the corner has been turned. Enough is Enough

Couldn't agree more! The market is certainly showing signs of life and I now have 10 pending sales in addition to the 5 closed transactions for March that have already beeen recorded. Very important to note however that only the very best priced properties are moving and the inventory of unsold homes is still HUGE.
