Spring Thaw Continues in Sevier County!

As the weather has warmed our Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville real estate markets have also thawed somewhat. In fact, March will be another excellent month for the Schoenfield Team. To view a ranking of the top 50 residential agents in our Tennessee Smoky Mountain real estate market (as compiled using our Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors MLS database), please click here. The highlighted agents are three of our team's members and combined we are number one in the market here. Unlike most of the competing teams, we do not report all of our sales under a single team member's name so to get an accurate report our team's sales must be combined.

Unnamed, but very crucial to the success of our team are my wife Karen Schoenfield, who handles our accounting, Mark Hays, who assists Suzy Compton, and Kim Breeden, our office manager and the hardest working member of the team without a doubt. If you would like to see how our team approach can help you prosper in this difficult market, please contact me.

Way to go Jeff, that is a great month. The low finance rates must be helping. I just refinanced our personel home for 4.75% with no points. Those rates do not come around very often. Bob
