It's Great to Be Number One!

I've long said that if you weren't subject to manic-depression before entering the real estate industry you will be after a few years. The stress of living on a pure commission only compensation system and of working with the general public is considerable. Add to this a very challenging current market environment in our local Gatlinburg area real estate market and this business can be very unnerving indeed. For all of these reasons I am extremely grateful that we are having a very strong year. While the average agent has had well under two sales all year (which is why SO many are being forced to leave the business) we have been absolutely blessed with 57 transaction sides this year. Don't take my word for it, here is the statistical ranking report hot off the presses from the Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
