Why Does the Bank Wait SO Long??


This new bank foreclosure property in Sevierville was assigned to us yesterday to be marketed. Curiously, it was found to be vacant by the lender's field service inspection way back on 8/23/2012!! Why is it only now being released for marketing?? Kind of makes you wonder just how large the nationwide "shadow inventory"of foreclosed homes still is??
