September Sales Revision WAY Up!!

Was just quickly reviewing some numbers this morning and saw that September's final tally (after late reporting brokers posted all of their sales) was WAY up, totaling 185 Smoky Mountain homes sold! This is huge, as September 2012 posted only 155 Gatlinburg area homes sold. In fact, the 185 homes sold during September of this year exceeds even sales during September of 2007. This is the first time that ANY of the monthly totals of 2007 have been breached. Although nobody knows exactly what the future holds, the pace of Smoky Mountain real estate sales has certainly picked up!!
