October was a Good Month, Really!!

Although Gatlinburg residential real estate sales during October 2013 were slightly less than October's 2012 total, all of the dust hasn't settled. In fact, every month late reporting brokers cause the totals to be revised upward. It is almost a certainty that the final total for October Smoky Mountain real estate sales will finish greater than 2012's total. Here is the preliminary report, but watch this space for a revision that will likely be posted mid-month:
