Pigeon Forge Had a Whale of a Good Year!!

The city of Pigeon Forge has released their revenue numbers generated through the city's collection of sales taxes and the numbers are extremely strong! Here is a link to the details by category. Several categories were big winners (Restaurants and Amusements to name two) but a few were not (cabins & outlets). All of this confirms what we already have talked about: The winter months here are less and less an off season. I'm quite certain that the results for 2015 will eventually bear this out even more clearly, except for the month of February which was dominated by "Snowmaggedon"...
