We NEED More Residential Type Rental Properties to Manage!

I have been blown away by the level of demand recently for residential type (not overnight) rental properties in Sevier County. The three homes that we have added to our rental program during the past few weeks have been oversubscribed dramatically. My estimate is that we could have put quality renters into TEN homes for each one that we advertised. This has been true in all of the Gatlinburg, Cobbly Nob, and Pigeon Forge properties that we are now managing. In fact, I suspect that the same would be true in Sevierville and Kodak as well - There just aren't enough quality rental homes available, in any price range.

There is another reason that we have been able to create so much demand for these homes. The answer is the quality of the marketing we deliver. While many owners and even rental management companies tend to use less than optimal quality photos for their rental properites, we strive to use the same high quality photos that we pride ourselves on when we offer properties for sale. Excellent quality photographs in good numbers and superior descriptions always produces more demand and it definitely has. We don't have any residential properties available and continue to get more inquiries. If you have a Sevier County residential property that isn't producing a solid return, maybe you should consider allowing us to manage it for you. We are seeing superior returns and need to add more properties to our program now!
