March Goes Out Like a Lion, At Least in Terms of Real Estate Sales!

It turns out that March 2015 was a better month for Smoky Mountain real estate than I first reported, finishing very strongly indeed. Although the quick number on April 1st was initially sharply below the total of a year ago, the revised number actually exceeds the rather anemic total from March 2014. See for yourself:
While the tally for March 2015 is barely enough to exceed last year's number, it has surpassed it. Now if we could just surpass the much stronger number from March of two or three years ago. That, I'm afraid won't happen this time around...
