And the Winner is, APRIL!!!

In my post back at the first of the month I projected that April might just turn out to be the best month so far in 2015 and that is now the case. Even if no more sales trickle in by late reporting real estate agencies, April 2015 residential real estate transactions now total 191, making this the best month of the young year. Furthermore, it looks like 2015 will continue to be strong, if nothing untoward happens around the world. Here is the updated table for the graphically inclined:
With several major construction projects underway and some new businesses coming that I can't say much about just yet, this is indeed very exciting! It's a great time to own Gatlinburg-Smoky Mountain real estate.
