Gatlinburg Revenues ARE Definitely Up, and I'm NOT Talking Just Real Estate!!!

We tend to focus very tightly on Smoky Mountain real estate (that is what we do for a living!) but I just received the April, 2015 Gross Receipts Report from the City of Gatlinburg for all categories of businesses here and the numbers are great! In particular, the lodging totals are sharply up and I can't help but wonder if that isn't at least to some degree because of the successful launch of the Rocky Top Sports Complex. We are also seeing increases in nearly every other category of the report - Go Gatlinburg!!!
