Sixteen New Listings in the Past Thirty Days??

As we used to say back in the old days, "That's a fact, Jack!". Never in my nearly 20 year career as a real estate agent have I added as many unrelated new listings in so short a period of time. There is something for everyone in this diverse group of new listings - Here is a link to the MLS entries.

I doubt that we can keep this pace without totally stressing out my wonderful office team - They have worked really hard managing all of this paperwork and the logistics. Super shout out to Rebecca Mursuli, Giulia Luzzana, and Suzy Compton Hays. Now we just need to sell these great homes ladies!!

WOW! That's a lot of listings!

Have been following your blog and website for years. We have always talked about moving our family to east Tennessee (or communities between the mountains and the ocean) for years, and have recently began looking at communities in-person. Our potential realistic target is 1-2 years based on selling our home, finding good careers, school system, and preparing our extended family.

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 15 years at a rate of about 4 times a year. We love the Smoky Mountains and the GSMNP.

We have considered relocating as far as Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC, but had heard great things about Farragut, TN. It looks good on paper. Do you do any business there? We are looking for a nice (slightly upscale), family friendly, well planned, clean, crime free community to raise our twin 6yr old daughters that provides the beauty and outdoor options of the Smoky Mountains while being no more than an afternoon drive to the ocean (8hrs max to Myrtle Beach).

I have had this blog since 2003 but didn't really get serious about regularly writing here until the beginning of 2007. I do truly enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts about our local Gatlinburg area real estate market including the surrounding communities of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Seymour, Kodak, and Cosby.
