2016 Residential Sales Start Very Well!

Although the preliminary tally for January 2016 is not yet equal to last year's total for the month, the early value is always less than the final result will be. My guess is that this month will finish a little higher than last year, or at least close to that volume. This is pretty impressive considering that the 2015 sales count from last year was more than ANY other January total going back all the way to 2007. Only the height of the bubble year of 2006 yielded a better result in January.
